The originally purchased property was consisting 2 hectares of land and historical house of approximately 550 m2 (old farm). During last 12 years the property expanded to 7 Houses new build, 7 pools, spa, staff house and total land of approximately 7 hectares. Together with French architect and well know designers we have built incredible estate, preserving French provincial stile on the exterior and Modern contemporary interior with Yacht standard finish in all interior, exterior and technical areas. Over the years I have Managed to build very professional team with outside contractors, managing to build the houses and landscape to the highest standards and always on time before the Property was used for the summer season by the Family. My duties included: Purchase, finance, financial statements, budgeting, selecting contractors, planning permits, insurance, interior, exterior design, owner supplies, landscape, security systems, staff recruitment, staff training, operational manuals, inventories, outside companies maintenance contracts, house repairs, insurance claims, day to day operations, winter maintenance schedule.
