Collaborating closely with the Shipyard Design team, Owners, and Charter brokers, I orchestrated the comprehensive setup of the yacht, adeptly catering to both private and charter usage. This encompassed crew recruitment, training initiatives, and strategic charter promotions.
Following the yacht’s successful completion and a fruitful inaugural season spanning 120 days of service for both Owners and charter guests, I was honored with a promotion to Yacht Manager.
As Yacht Manager, I assumed the reins of full-scale yacht management, overseeing diverse responsibilities including budgeting, crew administration, training endeavors, itinerary planning, financial reporting, financing arrangements, as well as coordinating class and flag surveys. Our annual budget stood at 1.2 million Euros, with a notable charter net income of 600,000 Euros, underscoring our commitment to both fiscal prudence and operational excellence.
