The yachting standards are so high and we bring that level to the real estate world. We create total peace of mind by setting the highest standards possible. We implement a structure in which all working systems are in place. So that the teams understand the way of working and are proud of what they do. Building is easy. But it’s building the right way that works for my owners. What do you consider a successful project? For me it starts upon delivery. If we let the project run smoothly and safely for at least a year. It’s all those small and simple details that make the difference. Then you see that the team is in control and doing a good job.
I have a clear vision of how yachts and their crews operate. We benefit from this on the real estate side. We see the big picture and within that we work together with the best architects, subcontractors, designers, legal companies and insurers. Mr Nenov was introduced to me by a mutual acquaintance in 2018 and our company have worked together on a number of new build Riva projects for his principal. Specifically, a Riva 76 Bahamas, Riva 88 Folgore and a more recent Riva 102 Corsaro Super all built at the Riva shipyard in La Spezia, Italy. Mr Nenov was responsible for the complete management of each new build project, having complete oversight and responsibility for the specification, surveyor engagement and interaction, pre-delivery inspection to final acceptance, including post-delivery warranty, crewing, and servicing protocols. Mr Nenov demonstrated his complete understanding, interaction, and communication of these complex projects with ease in a clear, concise and engaging way.
