During my journey I have developed a unique set of skills, finely tuned to excel in the dynamic world of new yacht construction projects or the management of operational yachts. I can call myself one of the first certified yacht owners representatives after completing this course at the end of 2023.
With a meticulous eye for detail, I thrive in orchestrating complex projects, from initial conceptualization to final execution. My innate ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders is complemented by a strong foundation in budget management, planning and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. For me, the successful completion of a project is not the moment of delivery. That moment comes years later when the yacht proves its maximum value to the owner through successful management and optimal crew efforts. Every yacht and every owner are unique but the goals are the same. For me personally there is no difference between small or larger projects. My commitment is maximum and one of the most important assets I have is my reputation in the industry.

Mr Nenov was introduced to me by a mutual acquaintance in 2018 and our company have worked together on a number of new build Riva projects for his principal. Specifically, a Riva 76 Bahamas, Riva 88 Folgore and a more recent Riva 102 Corsaro Super all built at the Riva shipyard in La Spezia, Italy. Mr Nenov was responsible for the complete management of each new build project, having complete oversight and responsibility for the specification, surveyor engagement and interaction, pre-delivery inspection to final acceptance, including post-delivery warranty, crewing, and servicing protocols. Mr Nenov demonstrated his complete understanding, interaction, and communication of these complex projects with ease in a clear, concise and engaging way.
